7a. Website Listings

		  Attractions
We allow users to add attractions, places of interest, etc to our website listings. We will only accept listings of locations in local
authority areas that border on the tidal River and Firth of Clyde. Attractions are listed once edited and approved by the website
administrator and we encourage site users to be as thorough as possible in completing details of the location.
We reserve the right to refuse attraction listings for any reason or for no reason.

		  Events
Event listings should be socially and culturally inclusive and encourage diversity. We will not accept listings for religious activities,
political events or events that only relate to any specific professional football clubs. We will not accept listings from clubs or associations
with membership policies that discriminate on the basis of gender (e.g. men-only clubs and associations). If you add events that promote
any form of hate speech (or are associated with any entity that does) they will not be approved for listing and we may terminate your
account (and where appropriate, provide your details to law enforcement).
Events taking place throughout the local authority areas bordering on the tidal River and Firth of Clyde at any time may be added.
We may also add events taking place that have already been advertised or details have been published. If you are the organiser of such
an event and would like the details to be removed from the website, please contact us.
In general events should be suitable for audiences of all ages. However, we do allow listing of events that serve alcohol (such as beer
festivals, whisky tasting, etc) and are only open to adults. Age restrictions must be specified in the event listing and we reserve the
right to seek evidence of your licence to serve alcohol prior to approving an event listing.
We will not allow events that promote any of the following: Investment in fossil fuels, sale of tobacco products, weapons manufacture
(other than defence shipbuilding), political issues. While we do allow events that promote awareness of environmental issues such as
climate change, these should be education and research based (i.e. not protest marches, demonstrations or other direct action advocacy that
has the potential to be disruptive).
We reserve the right to require evidence of risk assessment and public liability insurance (and where appropriate, stewarding) for events.
We do this help ensure that our website users can be confident that listed events are manged professionally with due attention to health and
safety. If your event requires planning consent, we may require this to have been granted before approving an event listing.
We reserve the right to refuse event listings for any reason or for no reason.

		Features

Users may submit features/articles for listing on the website that are relevant to culture, recreation, tourism, communities and related
topics in the tidal River and Firth of Clyde region. You must be (or be submitting on behalf of) the copyright owner of any articles you
submit. Images accompanying features must also have permission from the copyright owner. We may terminate any user accounts that we find to
be in breach of copyright. We reserve the right to refuse feature submissions for any reason or for no reason.

		Directory Listings
Businesses and organisations in relevant sectors may add listings to our website directory. You may only add listings on behalf of the
organisation that you represent. We reserve the right to refuse directory listings to any organisation for any reason or for no reason.
